I hate to bring up an old OLD post, but I've exhausted all my research and done all my readings so I thought it would be ok to ask some questions. :) My female figure competitor friend just bought some and came to me for advice. I advised against it, but she's set because of an upcoming comp, so I want her to just use it safely.

1) It is reccomended for females to start at 20 mcg and work their way up to 80-100 mcg. Based on a 2 week on 2 week off cycle, how often should she increase her dosage. Would the two weeks look like:
WEEK ONE: 20,20,40,40,60,80,100,
WEEK TWO: 80,60,60,40,40,20,20
2) Does this mean she takes the 20 mcg 3x a day? 4 hours apart?
