yeah i've used it twice really great product if you can find it check island nutrition he has always got it for me

Myself and two buddies used the generic sold by Prometabolix. Complete crap. We didn't see ANYTHING, period. NOT A SINGLE THING. Never used the real stuff, but I certainly would stay away from the generic.
