27 year old aspiring body builder here from Canada. Been weight training, boxing/kickboxing since October.
Just recently shrunk from 333lbs > 250lbs
The excess is gone, im trying to build muscle mass right now and make the most out of this frame my genes blessed me with. Bitter sweet though, cause my genes also make me prone to gaining, so i've made the gym my second home. Im determined to do whatever i need to keep my ass in there.
So far my plan is, Lose (done), Shape (present), then build (pending)
No supplements yet, just trying to keep my protein intake up and build that muscle mass.
Found out about bbd by watching some Ronnie Coleman video's on youtube.com (LIGHTWEIGHT!!!). Crazy smilies usually means crazy board, so im lookin forward to all the shinanigans here.

Keeping it as productive and positive as possible of course.
