greetings from iceland

hi i am a 21 yrs old guy from iceland hopefully next ifbb pro. Ronnie Coleman is da man. i am bodybuilder and i have competed last year and won 150 lbs catergory in iceland. my hallmark is the arms and back i got 18" biceps i train for the pump like arnold and all bodybuilder do. i train with intensity 8-15 rep range most 10-12 reps becouse i belife in what i learn from RC MR.OLYMPIA. i am about 200 pounds natural but will be starring to try juice from may to some yrs

BENCH PRESS:200 POUNDS 6X
DEADLIFT:300 POUNDS 6X
SQUATS:300 POUNDS 6X

Is it cold in Iceland? And do you have more ice then normal around there? I've always wanted to know that.

BTW Build yourself up as much as you can naturally before you go stickin' a needle in yer arse.

Iceland is isn't all ice....thats Greenland

Greenland = ice
Iceland = green

we learned about that in school in like 5th grade.

iceland is real warm like florida on summer and i qoute by mettallica"i didn´t escpect iceland to be this warm it reminds me of florida". but in the winter there is really cold but not alaska cold. it snows more in the eastside of america:chicago,new york

visit iceland it´s a great place to be. ps. we have the strongest guys. john pall strongest man 5 times and magnus ver magnusson 3 times
