I am 31 year old strength enthusiast from Denmark. I have been training for about 12-13 years. My primary training goal has always been mass and strength. I had a short period where I did primarily powerlifting training, and I did enter one competition. But my first and foremost love has always been strongman competitions. I have never entered one though, as the level of competition here in Denmark is pretty high. I dont really have the best genetics towards strength, but I have managed to build some respectable lifts. These are my best lifts.
Squat 550 pounds (with only belt and knee wraps)
Bench press 385 pounds
Deadlift 600 pounds
Military presses 220 pounds
Push presses 280 pounds
Bent over rows 340 pounds
I have good genetics towards back strength, and thats about it. My height of 6´4 and my long arms have made me a terrible presser. But you cant be good at everything :17: |
