Hey, just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Rob and I've been seriously lifting for about 4 months now, I'm 16, 6'3 and weigh 155. I've gained 20 pounds since I had started to seriously lift, I owe all of it to my diet and training.
My lifts are deffinetly nowhere near the majority of your guys's, but when I first got back into lifting, 4 months ago, I could barley rep 115on the bench, now I'm repping 135 for 3x5.
I've noticed a great improvement in my overall attitude toward things, and my physique has gone up dramasticly, I'm tired of being that tall lanky kid, so I'm doing something aobut it.
