Name is JC I’m 6’1 220, 18% BF, 48” chest, 30” thighs 18” calves, 18” arm 14” nubb ( lost left arm below elbow in a sharks mouth off of south Africa when I was 7, I was body boarding) :15:
I’ll try and post pics soon (like anyone cares but I like to prove what I got and worked hard 4)
Anyways I’ve been training for 6 years. Very active in sports, cars, ECT...
This is a great site and it’s a pleasure to meet all of you and I hope to gain a vast amount of knowledge and ideas
