A little long in the tooth

new to the board but not the lifestyle. Been lifting for many many years, never competed nor had any desire to do so. I lift for myself//health now, but started because of the ladies.

I'm 6'3" and come in around 260lbs. BF% ?? I own a few websites that deal with our lifstyle.
Looking forward to making some new acquaintances.
