This is because I didn't know this forum-y bit existed. Anyway, I'll introduce myself now.. I'm Mike, 24, sexy as fook.. been training for 4.5 years, 2 yrs seriously. Training recently gone down hill due to Ops, but am back at it and getting back some of my muscle. None of my posts will be of any use to anyone, including this one, but I'll post anyway.
