Hey Guys and Gals, Dan is the name, lifting (as for most of us) is the game. Been lifting for about 3 years now, I am 21 now. About 220 at 5'10, and am going to compete in my first bodybuilding Competition in April. I am about 98% excited, 2% scared. I hope I at least place. I will cut to about 195-200. I also am a certified personal trainer and work at my university here in Washington. Its an awesome way to pay the bills and make cool friends in this arena. Not many hardcore lifters in my school so I think this forum is awesome! Can't wait to dive in ever more and get to know you all. Safe Paths!

Hi Tech N9NE.............I really enjoy this site and the discussions are great. Are npc light weights allowed to post their own stuff? For example, can I start my own discussion, if it is worthy, not something like why does my sack hang lower on the left? I wanna get more involved.......just how is it that I do that. Thanks,
