Hey everyone,
I love this forum site, its actually helpful. I'm 21 and I finally got enough time to start my bodybuilding training. Been training off and on for about 4 years but this time its for real. I love bodybuilding and it seems the only books I ever read are on that topic. First book I completely read was Arnold Schwarzenegger's The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. Arnold got me into the door and Cutler keeps me motivated.

Yeah welcome to the site, I only discovered it last month and have moved away from others. In regard to getting HUGE, I say get BIG, but keep it natural and healthy.
Focus the training and get pouring the protein shakes down your neck !!

No offense to this site, I love it. but why isn't there many discussions only videos, seems that not many people start a new thread any more. Just the same videos and what not.
