Wassupp everyone! I'm 5,6 and 180 pounds with 14% body fat. The island i live on has a population of about 3200 people and the one gym we have only holds about 10 to 15 people. I've been training for 14 months after a 2 year lay off. My bench is 335 with a pause at the bottom plus 2 more reps.355 without a pause for 1 rep. Deadlift is 405 for 5 reps and squat is 405 for 6 reps. I do a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding.
