What's the deal BBD?! It's the corn-fed one coming to ya from Wichita Falls, TX where I am currently a college senior at Midwestern State University and Personal Training Coordinator for Gold's Gym-Wichita Falls. I am studying to become a strength and conditioning coach, preferebly for a collegiate athletics program. I am a member the MSU Olympic-style weightlifting team, considered to be the greatest program in collegiate weightlifting history due to the fact that we've 5 out of the last 6 national championships. I also am the starting quarterback for the Wichita Falls Falcons semipro football team. Last season I won 2nd-Team All-Conference and team Offensive MVP. Not only do I design off-season programs for the team that I play for, but I also design summer strength and conditioning programs for members of the MSU football, volleyball, and basketball teams. I'm looking forward to contributing an abundance of info to this site and also learning even more. Oh yeah, GO HUSKERS!
