Hello people,

thought i'd introduce myself

i'm 20 years old, from holland. been training for about 4,5 years now.

my stats:
225lbs
1.90meters (something around 7'2?)
9% bf

i work as a fitness instructor at a gym here in holland, attend a lot of competitions (both bodybuilding and powerlifting).
and will probably be going to the fibo (www.fibo.com) if i don't have to work.
will make a lot of pics and post 'm here if i go.
