Hey guys,
Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm recreational bodybuilder from the Philippines.
Been bodybuilding for a little over a year now, use to be a track runner (800m - 1 mile) but I stopped since training was interfering with my family life and school. Since then I've made some pretty good gains... use to be 160ibs at 12% BF right now I'm 196 at around 18%... I'm currently bulking and will continue to do so for another month and a half and which point I'll probably cut down to single digit BF%.
