Greetings to all you guys in the dungeon. I really dig the site and the ton of pics/vids/info it has.
About me - I've started lifting only recently this past summer, and have spent much of my time in the gym since. Right now I'm trying to cut down from 15 to around 10-12% bf and then do my best to grow as much as I can over the winter and onwards. I'm new to many things, and I try to learn how my body responds to different nutrients and workouts, and always appreciate good advice.
