puppiesandmore NPC Lightweight Join Date: Sep 2005 Age: 58 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	A friend sent me a video of a male bodybuilder doing his competition and I am very impressed "I am a robot" Wow he not only looked awesome but what a performance. I haven't been working out much in the last few years after a serious MVA, but I sure admire and remember the days. Too many things have got in the way to my dedication, but I still admire others that take the time and energy to be the best they can be.
