Just saying hello

Hey all just dropping in to say hello.

Im 41 and in decent shape (weight 175 @ 6'), but would like to bulk up and cut a bit. Im hoping y'all can guide me to success.

I have free weights and a body solid machine so weight training isnt new, but Im looking to get hold before the later years set in :Eyecrazy: !!

Can you suggest some supplements to aid me in my quest?

After looking through the site more I think it may be a little advanced for what I am looking for.

I dont see a general area to ask the "stupid" questions that beginners would ask.

If I am correct can someone point me to a good site for my needs?
