Hey all. New to the forums and figured I'd introduce myself. I've read through a lot of the forum already and have pulled out some good information.
I've been working out for about 7 months now and lifting routinely for about 5. I threw away the first of those five months due to overworking myself and lack of knowledge. I was recently involved with an army study group for two months that left me with lots of good information, motivation and a solid 4% body fat drop down to around 8.5% with about 5 pounds of lean mass gain.
I'm 19 years old. Weighing in around 150 pounds at 5' 7" and 9% body fat, I have recently began my first ever attempt at bulking. I've only put on about 3 pounds in 3 weeks, but I guess everyone has to start somewhere. Anyways, I look forward to reading and posting on these forums. I will try to get some pictures and stats up soon.
