knuckledragger NPC Lightweight Join Date: Aug 2005 Age: 35 Posts: 6 Rep Power: 0	Hey to all. My name is Dave, I'm 32, from Deep in the sticks O CO. Like to pound the hell out of Iron. But here lately I've lost the drive, don't know why. It seems I only get so far and I run out of new idea's and equipment. If you got any idea's fill free to let me know please. I'm limited to your basic iron Barbells, Dumbells, Row machine, Squat Rack, Cable cross machine and that pretty much sums it up. I haven't been through the forum yet, but plan to. __________________
