Hey from Down under

G'day all.

Have been looking for a 'friendly helpful' forum for a while while I start this journey and this seems like a damn good place to start.

My name is Luke, but most people call me Moz. I'm by no means small though as I'm 6ft3 and 104kgs. I have lost 11kgs since April this year through major diet and exercise changes and am getting more and more enthusiastic about building myself up.

My ultimate goal is for less than 10% bf and back to double digits. Im hoping this is well achievable and maintainable.

Going to have a good read through the forums and am welcome to any help from anybody. There seems to be a lot of great information here.

Can't wait to really get into it.

Welcome Moz! There are loads of great people here, all of them with solid experience and give excellent advice. My best suggestion would be to post a log of your training and diet. They give praise, point out other options, and pull me back when I go off the rails. I know they will do the same for you.
