Long story short, I had some health problems and had to call training and everything quits for a while until I got better. Light cardio here and there but that it for the moment, I don't want to overdo it.

Last time I heard from you, you were overseas for your work? How have you been?

I returned from china at the end of may and was laid off..I have since been getting ready for a contest and have only 2 weeks to go.So what have you been doing to keep yourself busy?

I have done quite a few before but had to skip out last year and this is suppose to be a pretty big show so Yeah Im excited and very nervous!
