I found this board while searching for some supplement reviews. I read a couple posts and it seems like there is some lively discussion.
I am 44 years old, 6' 2", 240 lbs, 30% body fat. I have been dieting and working out for 10 weeks now and have put on 16 lbs with only .8% BF increase. My goal is to get down to 10% BF by June 1, 2010. I work out at home b/c I am the full time care giver of my 3 mos old daughter. I work a basic program with dumbells MWF and do abs T,R. I plan to start P90X soon to start busting off the body fat. I am taking the usual supplements, right from the November issue of MuscleMag's supplements article, plus Lipolyze.
I eat good, I work out, I take good supplements and P90X should bust my ass and make me sweat so I believe I will reach my goal by next summer. There are no magic bullets, just discipline and hard work.
