My names trevor, ive been working out for 2-3 months. Ive been getting bigger, but i havent gained any strength, any advice? uhmm, im gonna try to post a new pic of me every month so i can get some constructive criticism from you guys, yeah well, get at me

thx, well i heard its good to change it up everyday, but i do about 15 reps of 80-90 lbs on 3 different elevations

welcome to the dungeon trevor, there are different approaches to strength gains, generally 15 reps is a bit high , shooting for reps in a lower range with heavier weights will produce better results, you could try going with say 10-8-6-6 rep sets, where you increase the weight on each set, you`ll want to place a load on your muscles so they have to work to increase in strength to lift the heavier weights,

This sounds a bit weard. Normally you will notice the strength gains first but most of this is just you getting better at performing the the exercises from practise.
If your muscles are getting bigger then you should be getting stronger.
Are you sure you are not just getting leaner, by that I mean loosing body fat?
That will make the muscles show more and making then seem bigger.
