What's up everyone,
I haven't worked out seriously in about 7 years, with lots of reasons as to why I haven't. During the 7 years, I've had a bunch of excuses as to why I haven't worked out such as; Gf of 3 years dumped me, battling mental demons that almost cost me the relationship of my own father, lost a good job of 4 years, went out drinkin to much, finding out that I'm epileptic and much more. Sooo now that I'm over all those excuses and fixed many of them, I wanna do something that will benefit me once more.
All through h.s. I was anywhere from 145lbs to 155lbs and about 5'10''. I did kickboxing, street hocky, and basketball (with friends). After leaving h.s. and moving from the sfba to the mountains with my dad, I went from 155 to 130-135, didn't eat, was on the computer way to much, and that's when I lost my gf. Had my fall out with my dad, got kicked out, then moved back to the bay area.
I found a great job and started eating tons (cause I was happy). Now I'm 180-185 with most of it being in my belly. Since I've been back I've been really lazy, no energy, and tired of seeing the outcome of my decision to just eat whatever.
I know that you read more then you guy's/girl's are prolly used to, but I'm giving you a run down of my history before I start asking questions. I started taking CEE and N.O. Shotgun before I start working out. I dunno if this is the right place to post questions but I'm going to anyway.
When I go and work out I fatigue real quickly, something I'm not used to. I fatigue prolly 30-40 min into my workout and I just give up leaving the gym not satisfied with my workout. What are somethings I could start doing to help the situation? |
