Some good tips for a beginner would be.
a.) 1-1.5 grams of protein for each lb. of bodyweight
b.) consume plenty of EFA's (essential fatty acids) fish oil, and so on
c.) split up your meals to 6-7 times a day, combining as much of an even ratio as possible between carbs, protein and fats.
d.) TRAIN YOUR LEGS. SHUT UP AND SQUAT. YOU DON'T KNOW SQUAT. You are realeasing the most testosterone when you squat. Have at it son.

Good tips StayBig. Also, try to avoid highly processed foods if at all possible. I ate so much crap in HS. Stick to the pure source of the food..... Whole Wheat/Grain bread instead of white, Oatmeal instead of sugary cereal. I know youre in High School and you are supposed to have a bunch of fun. But, if you are serious about getting stronger/bigger etc. try to eat as much clean food as possible. You will see the results. If I had done this when I was in High School I would be 10 times buffer than I am now I'm sure! :)
Nice to meet you, welcome to the board. If you are 15, and playing lacrosse and football, be sure to concentrate on basic compound joint moves more so than a bodybuilding regime. Power clean and squat will be a lot more effective to you right now than one arm, reverse grip pressdowns, etc. You got time to grow, and if you can get better at the basics (your #'s look good BTW) youll be in great shape. Nutrition is key. It will give you an edge over your opponents. Good luck.
