Goal is to get back in shape... I consider being in shape when I get to 10% or below bf levels and my body looks that of a bodybuilder and not the guy who used to work out or maybe played football in school.. which is the way I look right now..
Hormones will be used at some point.. I cycled reguarly for about 7 years using just allot of differnt combos but eventually came to love just running test enth. solo.. as the gains were always great and the sides were minimal at around 500mgs/wk..
First I have to get my fat self looking and feeling better.. Diet will be fairly clean but not always.. Im realistic and having 3 small children with another one on the way I understand that a perfect diet cannot always be met due to the demands of day to day life.. That is not an excuse to not eat clean, Im just saying I know there will be days when my diet will suffer..
Training will consist of weights on M. W. F with cardio Tue. Thur. Sat.
If my fat loss does not go as quickly as i like I can always up the cardio and add in a fat loss agent..
Diet roughly be 2300 calories to start and will be adjusted as needed.. Im 6'2" 230lbs.. When gear is added the calorie level will be increased..
