I am new to the site, well really i've been viewing the forums here and there when my buddy Flex told me to register one day. Today i did so i am here typing up this thread. Im sure you all know Flex. I hope to hear from alot of you since i will be asking many questions since i am a newb in lifting and becoming fit. I've been learning from Flex but im sure you guys can help me out as well.
