I'm new to the site, Not new to the game. Been off and on about 10 years. Hit it hard in college, and really hard in spurts since then. Looking to settle back in to adopting Fitness/BB as a lifestyle. Any and all comments/advice is welcome. I'm here to learn how to be bigger, better, and to be more efficient in getting there!
