23yr, 5'10 and 205lbs, i am a personal trainer in sac at 24hr fit and wish to start competitve bodybuilding. looking to do a show in june 2010 and want to compete at 198. i have around %10 body fat and wish to drop to atleast %8 before i start gaining more muscel. i always have a hard time dropping body fat so i figure i would start with low body fat and keep it low even while i bulk up. workout twice a day with cardio for 50min in the morning and abs, then train (six day split) later in the day ending with 30min cardio. i drop 10lbs in over 2 month and maintain alot of my size. any advice on my stradtegy or and supps that can help?

a bunch of advice!

but first post some pics 5'10 is kinda tall to be 205lbs need to see if you have a good base and not to stringy, or where your mass is distributed.

All over this forum guys can give you training, nutrition/ diet (cut and Bulk), supplement advice.

one question are you going to compete naturally or on gear
