hey im 20 years old and have thought on and off about competing in a show sometime in the future....i quit training and dieting like i was but im back in it...btw if anybody has any ideas for helping my calves develop let me know i was hitting them roughly three days a week and was seeing no progress...if anybody has any ideas just let me kno
