hey hey fellas my names karl, i live in australia :) and love it
i havnt really been working out for long but hey i love it. i love working out and i love 4 wheelin with the boys on the weekend haha

my goals for the future are to cut down body fat and muscle gain. i pretty much know all that i need to know since my brother and his best mate are pretty intense with working out.
