Join Date: Aug 2005 Age: 22 Posts: 2 Rep Power: 0  | Nice forum you all have here. I've just started to get serious about working out after reading the Arnold book. Started using machines a few months ago (gained the weight back from 160lbs to 185lbs, also increasing body fat considerably) and have just started using the real equipment with the help of my new personal trainer. I'm 19, 6’2; my weight is 185 at 20% body fat, my resting metabolic rate is 1500 calories a day. My diet has already been pretty well in check as I do not eat fast food or junk food, I’m going to be upping my protein. I have a goal of 4lbs of muscle a month. I've worked in property management, computers, and most recently at abercrombie and I'm going to be starting my own business soon. I like fast cars and big trucks, had a couple of each.
