Hello im from wales in the UK, I am 5,7 187lbs, i am 29. i have never been bb but i hve always been stocky and strong, my legs are probably my stongest asset lifting 200kg on a fixed machine id days when i used to do a little weight and fitness.
after weighing and measuring myself 4 months ago for a friends wedding i was 209lbs out of shape and feeling like ****. I had enough. so i went on a low cal low carb 3 meal a day and 2 mile run 6 days a week.
im now at a point where i still need to loose body fat. i have the aim to retone my muscles and find my six pack again. but i need guidance and knowledge on how to get everythinbg i want from my body. the fatty is gone for good.
i raise 3 young boys on my own since their mother decided she had other priorities than them. and i have a 50hour a week job. but i live on the premesis.
i have 2-3 hours break in the afternoons where i do my workouts. and need to maximise everything. I still aim to do cardio 6 days a week because i want to be fit and healthy as well as bulking up muscle mass. |
