whats up everyone? i finally broke down and joined up. ive been reading through these forums for a year now and i gotta say, alot of you guys are a wealth of knowledge. some are not, but thats okay too. im definitely no genious. i have been weight training on and off for the past 12 years or so and had to stop with the weights ( but i was still able to do calistethics) about 6 years ago and just got back to the weights a year ago. i love lifting, its the only thing that keeps me sane sometimes!!! between work, going back to school, relationships, and family, going in the garage and pounding steel until my body is in total and complete submission is like a break from it all! i know if i said that on any other forum people would think i was crazy but i know someone if not all of you understand exactly what im talking about! LOL any advice for good ph on the market would be very helpful. thanks alot folks!!!
