I plateued about 3 months ago and have been trying to push through it, but nothing seems to be kick starting growth. I 've been researching gear for about 2 years, I think its finally time to run a cycle. I know how to put a cycle together and come off just not sure of a reliable place to get good "supplements" any advice diet, gear etc... thanks

My diet and daily routine:

Supplement: Whey Protein, N02 (garbage), Multi, milk thistle, cell-tech etc.

Breakfast: 9 egg whites, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup chopped peppers, 1/2 cup organic cranberry juice

1 hour later: Heavy Lift at gym

15 min after workout: Whey protein shake, 1 cup skim milk

lunch: 2 boiled chicken breasts, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup balsamic vinegar as seasoning

1 1/2 hours later: whey protein shake

Light weight burnouts at the gym

15min later whey protein shake

Dinner (before 4pm): 2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta, 6oz 7%fat turkey meatball, and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.

usually have finished a gallon and a half of water by dinner

middle of the night: whey protein shake 1 cup skimmilk

solid 8 hours of sleep

you need some complex carbs here buddie
1 hour later: Heavy Lift at gym

15 min after workout: Whey protein shake, 1 cup skim milk
Quote:
i would ditch the skim milk, and throw in some dextrose with your protein shake after your workout, the dextrose will help to spike your insulin which will help shuttle the nutrients faster into your muscles
lunch: 2 boiled chicken breasts, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup balsamic vinegar as seasoning
Quote:
why 2 chicken breast,to many grams of protein, unless they are small chicken breast, the normal is like 40-45grams of protein, anything over 50 grams is a waste of protein, since your body can only utilize 50 grams the rest goes to waste,, also your lacking some complex carbs here as well,, maybe some brown rice??
1 1/2 hours later: whey protein shake

add some carbs in here as well
Light weight burnouts at the gym

15min later whey protein shake

again some dextrose will be usefull here
Dinner (before 4pm): 2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta, 6oz 7%fat turkey meatball, and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.

you should be using a casein protein bed time,, slower digesting than whey
solid 8 hours of sleep
