I've been reading thru a lot of posts, and you guys are hilarious! I know I'll love it here. I've been lifting for a few weeks now (yeah, I know!), and I love it! I'm already seeing muscles pop out that I didn't even know I had... I LOVE seeing the striations in my shoulders and seeing the veins pop out as I'm lifting. I would love to get into fitness more, and maybe even compete in a year or so. I know that if I keep my diet clean and keep lifting heavy, I will get the results I'm looking for... |
