I've started lifting/working out around Nov. 2007 (but I still feel like I'm to it). I'm 20yrs old, 5ft 7in, 150lbs, 12.4%body fat, BMR=1772cal. I feel like I'm getting stronger at a much slower rate than I could be. I don't think I eat enough. Since I'm in college, I tend to ignore my legs due to lack of time, and put most of my focus on my upper body, until this past month, because I've begun to get cramps in my legs while working the upper body. Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

id try to get down to 10% bodyfat and bulk up but never pass 15% bodyfat, that is if your already bulking now.

5-6 meals is essential bro add a shake or two

about the cramping u might want to drink some more water and do some stretching...or maybe just maybe a couple sets on the quads and hammies :]

good to have u on board

Right now my class schedule is consistent this quarter, so eating consistently should be easier, but this is only the first week.
Right now my meals consist:

Breakfast(7am):
1 raw egg
1 slice of wheat bread(to keep the egg down)
1 glass of 2%milk
and a multi vitamin

Lunch(about 2-3hours later, around 10am)
1 peanutbutter/jelly sandwhich(wheat bread)
1 glass of milk

afternoon meal(3-4hours later, around 2pm)
1cheeseburger and fries or peanut butter and jelly
1glass of milk

preworkout meal(eat about 1 to 1.5 hours before hitting the gym)
usually a light meal:
1 raw egg and slice of bread(to keep the egg down lol) or 1peanutbutter jelly sandwhich
1 glass of milk

afterworkout(within 30minutes)
protein drink
1 steak or grilled chicken

late night snack(usually on nights that i'm studying late)
once again peanutbutter and jelly

Note: glass of milk is about 8-10oz

question: would processed meat(the prepackaged slices of turkey/chicken) be a good alternative to my peanutbutter and jelly

First of all you you need to stop eating raw eggs. Your body only digest half the nutrients that's in it and you're liable for salmonella.
But welcome to the Dungeon!

Welcome bro...
Prime got it covered for you nicely...One thing to add about cramping, aswell as drinking water like Prime already said, try bananas...(Great source of potassium)

you just gotta do up some food before you leave the house...and take it with you...cook up what you want the night before. always have your food planned and cooked, it makes it much easier...also need more protein and complex carbs check nutrition section
