Hi guys and gals

I am new to bodybuilding, and signed up for a gym membership to get in shape for upcoming Physicals. after i started to work out hard i saw quiet a change in my physique, but now I am looking for a little more. A friend told me about this, and Orbit for guidance, and supps. so here i am, from what i have seen looks like a great place to hang out.

Nice to see a good forum like this for BodyBuilding
