Hey everyone I'm Jordan
I'm 180lbs
10-12% BF
5 foot 8
17yrs


I've been training for about 2 years with jessethebody we have been best friends since we were just little guys, and I'm very excited to be a member here in the Dungeon and can't wait to learn all the things Jesse is always talking about...Lol.
I have been a "Lurker" for a while now but just haven't got around to making a account.

Well i havnt really thought of many goals, i just kinda go from day to day, but by the end of my senior year (im a junior right now) I would like to be 190-195 and have a somewhat low bf.

Lol we just give them away... yeah me and jesse normaly workout together but baseball started last week and jesse doesnt play so he workouts around 4 and i dont get done with practice till 6. ive kinda hit a brick wall ever since baseball started its really hard to get in all the food i normaly would when i have to go straight from school to practice........

Hey i hear ya bro - but diet is the key - here's a couple suggestions:
1. Nonfat or lo fat cottage cheese (not bad with chives or with fruit) plus some Whole wheat triscut crackers.
2.(my favorite) shake made with 1/2c cold coffee, 1 cup pasteruized egg whites or "Best of the egg" (these come in a carton in the supermarket next to the eggs and are 100% safe to eat raw) 2 scoops of chocolate whey powder. if you can, mix it in a blender - it gets real forthy & good - if not shaken is okay too.

Both of those have a ton of protein - keep your intake high so you have the food source for building muscle - even if your primary exercise is baseball. Bball season should be excellent prep for a growth/bulk cycle this summer! And at 17 you have a TON of natty test coursing thru your veins - take advantage of that!
