I'm new to bodybuilding, i probably know the basics, but looking at my arms, i need to know more. Last April i was pretty fat (265lbs) Now i'm 172lbs, 10%bf. I need to add some mass on my arms, back, and sholders. here's me last year. here's me this year. (bad comparison, i know) anyway, peace.
