this is make shift little concrete things i used to take this pic. last year pic. im much bigger now.Gyming for the love of it. first time i started gyming with 100lbs bench press and i was thin but that was 2years and 6months ago now i do 302lbs for bench press for 2reps. i wiegh 186lbs . im measuring ok here it is no kidding i got a 17inchs bicep not tensing my arm. 18.5inchs when tensing it. i have my pic here.

I thought that picture looked familiar. That might be the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Do you have Alzheimer's and you keep forgetting that you have posted this weird makeshift weight picture like 5 different times? Im sorry if you do have Alzheimer's...thats sad.
