My name is Steve, I am new to the Dungeon....actually new to any kind of forum setup site...I have been working out for about a year now trying to put on mass....recently I have had a drive to get bigger...ALOT bigger....and cut up like never before. I am 23 years old, and for the past year I have just been sticking to the basics...protein shake in the morning (dymatize nutrition: Mass Gainer, and if nobody has every tried, it is delicious) Egg white snack, Chicken for lunch, Ohh Yeah! Bar for snack, and then dinner and another protein shake. I was on Spawn for a month and a half, and it worked great!! Also had SuperPump250 and Hyper Shock, which I think both worked very well. If you are looking for really tight feeling after workout, go with the SuperPump250.......I am currently 205lb, 5'10 and looking for more!!

I recently just started on a new stack program from bodybuilding.com.....I purchased a stack they had made up.... was wondering if anyone had any experience with it.......THE HARDCORE STACK.....Morning- M.A.T. Freak Fix Muscle Whey, Animal Pak, naNO2 VAPOR before workout, PURPLE WRAATH after workout... T-BOMB II 3 in morn 3 in evening, then Ultra Peptide at night. Even if no one has tried any products, please comment!!!!

wooow dude that must have run ya up some kind of bill.....i have heard animal pak is good nano lasts a couple weeks then gets weak in affects nothing wrong with purple wrath t bomb is crap and dont know what the other 2 are how bout you tell us how they are working sicne you the one taking them lol

Welcome to the dungeon, Mr. Trainnman1! The supplements are decent, haven't heard of all of them but a simple yet effective supplement "stack" is:
Whey Protein
Multi-Vitamin
Fish Oil
Creatine
BCAA's

Above all though, a diet is how you hit your goals with regards to getting "bigger". I would recommend to use as much of the Dungeon to your advantage and post your stats in the nutritional section with regards to a proper, clean bulking diet and get yourself hooked up with some macronutrient totals.
