My name is Steve, I am new to the Dungeon....actually new to any kind of forum setup site...I have been working out for about a year now trying to put on mass....recently I have had a drive to get bigger...ALOT bigger....and cut up like never before. I am 23 years old, and for the past year I have just been sticking to the basics...protein shake in the morning (dymatize nutrition: Mass Gainer, and if nobody has every tried, it is delicious) Egg white snack, Chicken for lunch, Ohh Yeah! Bar for snack, and then dinner and another protein shake. I was on Spawn for a month and a half, and it worked great!! Also had SuperPump250 and Hyper Shock, which I think both worked very well. If you are looking for really tight feeling after workout, go with the SuperPump250.......I am currently 205lb, 5'10 and looking for more!!
