I'm a 29 year old Network Administrator here to help out others and learn more. I use to work out during college and have been back into it for the last 2 1/2 years. I spent the first half of my 20s trashing my body so I better start making up for it.
I was 185lbs when I started back at the gym and now I'm up to 232lbs and still packing on the muscle. I'm 6ft tall. I'm benching 315 but I plan on raising that number in the next few days. I tore a quad playing softball earlier this year so I'm still building my squats back up but I'm back up to over 800lbs on leg presses.
I work about 2 blocks from my gym so I hit the gym on my lunch. I only have about 45 minutes of workout time so I do high intensity training. I've been studying alot so I'm really starting to know what works for me and really can get the most out of my workouts.
I've yet to hit any plateus that I couldn't push through by altering my workouts or diet. I'm taking creatine ,whey, and strong multivitamins everyday. I haven't used any steroids because I haven't felt that I needed them yet. I may think about them eventually if I ever get stuck but for now I'm ok. |
