OK to make this as shot as possible with out leaving any thing out.. I haven't been in the bodybuilding loop for over half a decade.. I was in a very bad accedent, and on top of that shortly after my kidneys failed for a time. I've been told that I'll never get my size and strenght back, to not even try. I've listened to this bull sh*t for years, but as of 3 weeks ago I said to hell with it, I'm sure some of you know without your size your nothing. Now just a quick preview of my past. I had 20in arms a 54 in chest, and I know everybody says its not how much you bench, and I had a very nice sculpted 4 pack but I'm using this just for you can understand I could bench 450lbs with no problem. Now that out of the way I want to tell you about the injuries I indured in my acedent. I crushed my left knee and shoulder, I ripped my left lat and bicip. I was in a hospital bed for 3 months and then my kidneys craped out on me.. damn the luck hu! And last I weighed in at 245 lb at 13% body fat. Now my arms are 15 in my chest is soft and 45in and my 4 pack is long gone were I wore a 32 in pants now I'm doing good to fit into 36's.. Look I want it all back no matter what the cost, I will make my come back come hell or high water.. no matter what the doctors say.. I guess I'm kinda looking towarws you guys for moral support and advice. If I have it my way not only will I get back what I lost but I'll get bigger and stronger.. any feed back will be greatly apreacheated... But help me if you can, I need alot at this point, I've been at this for three weeks now and GOD the pain

yes we have muscle memory,,, I had and injury and got my size back.. As for the rotter cuff issue, take it slow and listen to your body.. Know your limits..

Yea Thanks I go easy.. but not to easy on my shoulders for about 4-5 weeks then its crying time. As I said my doctors are totally against this, but I think I know what I want. but anyway as far as my kidneysare concerned my right one doesn't work at all, and the left has its bad days , so with this in mind should I take all the Supplement and amino acids?? I was told if I start taking creatin it will kill my kidney very fast.. do you have any insight on this??

I would set up a meeting with the dietitian and Dr. Most Dr.'s don't know sports supplements and barely know nutrition. Tell them your goals and see if you can work something out.

With that said I wouldn't expect either one to recommend anything that could place any more stress on your kidney and for a good reason. Listen to what they say.
