sure bro, here is what i would do, for the following
whey protein powder---- if you could about 1 1/2 hour before your workout and then again within 30 min. after working out, 20-30 grams will be plenty, along with some carbs
creatine mono--- 5-10 grams a day, i take my creatine powder before and then right after my workout, but if you have not loaded creatine before here is how you do that,

mulit-vitamin--my multi label says to take 2x a day, once in the morning and once before bed, all depends on the brand you buy, just follow the label,
BCAA`s--- 4-5 grams 2-5 times per day, especially before and after training.
now what can we do about your diet,, can you get more meals in or maybe a
