Hey everybody Just checking in I posted back in the summer but then life got hectic and I stopped lifting and posting here. I got pretty busy with classes(trying to get a BSW) and a new baby boy(10 mos). Schools not in session right now so I've been back on the pile every morning I can. Sore for the first couple but now it's back to punishment as usual. I found out that the college I go to (eastern CT) has a weight dungeon and it is absolutely a dungeon its underground and made completely of concrete. I also found out that as a student I can use it when ever I want. Cant wait to get in there and sweat to some metal or hardcore.

welcome back, nothing but good times ahead of you with that little man. congrats. nothing beats a hardcore gym like a dungeon. no distractions, nobody that doesn't want to be there types all around you. too cool. i hate those gyms where people go just for the fact they have a membership and go. they walk around with their head up their *ss and say things like oh i don't do those cuz they hurt to much. anyway, glad you're back.

Hey man thanks you've got a pretty good three lift total. Hope you reach your targets for February. Keep it Metal and Remember people will talk **** and say this and that but three hundred pounds is always three hundred pounds no bull**** just three hundred pounds ready to test your ass(Henry Rollins 2008)

Thanks Alot. Yeah I got buttheads like that at my gym too. These are the same guys who load up the leg press with all the 45s it can handle then get under it at move it back and forth about a half an inch like three times then get up walk around and look at themselves in the mirrors for the next half hour. I just blast some metal keep my hood up and take it to the bucket every time.
