glad to be a part of the forums. looking forward to learning and [soon to be] sharing tips about lifting weights and bodybuilding. im also from the bahamas, and big ups to any other Bahamians on the site. im a newbie and definitely out of shape. ive always been facinated about bodybuilding. i always used to read
FLEX, MUSCLE & FITNESS, MENS HEALTH and
MENS FITNESS, but never took the time to actually do it. so this summer i hope to start working out.
i am in the process of buying some weight equipment and as soon that works out ill post some 'before' and 'in progress' pics.
i dont know too much about bodybuilding terminology. i know what a 'rep' is, 'bf' [body fat], and 'curls'. thats about it. like they say life is a learning process. hope to learn all i need to know.
