I am 5'11" 180 lbs. about 10% body fat. I'm looking to put on all the muscle mass my body can handle and would'nt mind a little extra body fat if it came along with it. Iwas at 205lbs. for a while but I bought a house and have'nt been able to get to the gym for about 6 months now due to working on my fixer upper house.

I know what you mean about those "fixer upper" houses, I've been doing the home DIY thing all my life it seems!
