Hi Guys and Girls,

Just a quick introduction really,

Im new to the site and also fairly new to fitness.
I am a 33 year old woman who has just been through the process of loosing weight. I have managed to loose 47lb in 6 months( i now weigh 145lb) and i'm now on the journey to getting toned and fit. I have no background of fitness (never until now been interested) so have a lot to learn.

I joinned a gym nearly two months ago now and i'm getting on ok ( i think!).

Looks like you guys know you stuff and i was recommended to the site so any advice would be good.
